Every community gets its own self-contained space. You activate only the modules you actually use – the rest stays out of sight.
A dedicated space for every clan or club. Members join by request or come straight through an invite link – general or personalised by email. One account can belong to several communities.
Finely graded permissions bundled into roles: from treasurer to forum moderator to a reporter who only logs goals and cards. A public role controls what visitors see without logging in.
Every module can be switched on or off per community. Disabled modules disappear from the menu and are blocked by URL too – keeping the interface lean.
Logo, favicon, background image and around 20 colour values, your own domain, page titles and meta text, your own imprint, privacy policy and email templates.
Members with or without a user account (e.g. youth players), freely definable skills rated by several people, positions with suitability levels, player chemistry, tactics and the mathematically best line-up.
Automatic team draws with three balanced suggestions, a drag-and-drop pitch map, a training plan from your own drill catalogue, friendlies with goals, assists and cards, a top scorer list and appearance stats.
Monthly calendar and event list with Yes, No or Maybe RSVPs – you can even RSVP on behalf of members without an account. Recurring events for weekly training, and tournaments appear automatically.
Duels, leagues, knockout brackets (single and double elimination) and multi-stage tournaments with a group phase. Self-registration, check-in, seeding by ELO, medals and a public tournament page with no login required.
Series with divisions, promotion and relegation, and season changeovers at the click of a button. Home and away fixtures, live draws, and associations with qualifiers and a five-year ranking.
Several rankings per sport, each with its own ELO rating and history. Player profiles with stats, match history and a direct head-to-head against any opponent.
News, articles and pages with a comfortable editor, images, videos and embedded live tables. Drafts, publish dates, categories and a media library included.
Categories with their own moderators, topics, replies, polls and attachments. Pin, lock or move topics – new posts land straight on the dashboard.
Mass emails to all members, sent out in small batches – pause and resume any time. With a test email, country filter, delivery report and unsubscribe link.
A multilingual knowledge base with search, pre-filled with detailed guides. Articles appear to match the modules your community has activated.
Income and expenses with categories such as membership fees, kit or tournament fees. Receipts as a photo or PDF, assignment to people, a report with opening balance, and export.
Tasks with priority, type, status and assignees. A drag-and-drop Kanban board, projects with ticket codes like WEB-12, custom workflows, custom fields, milestones and links.
Nested groups – for example country, region, city. Members log their hardware, and the group sees the total: “Amiga 1200 – 4 units among 3 owners.”
A directory of your venues, halls and meeting points with a map view and ratings. Plus a member map – your home town only appears with explicit consent.
A profile with avatar, nationalities, language skills and your own hardware. The dashboard shows news, upcoming events, your tickets, new members, forum activity and a results ticker.
Game clients report results via the API – nothing counts until both players confirm. Importers for users (CSV), Kunena forums and Joomla tournament data make migration easy.
The tournament engine is the heart of Clanwirtschaft. Built for an active online league, it covers everything a competition needs.
Everyone who says yes gets scheduled automatically: Clanwirtschaft draws balanced teams from all the RSVPs – by skill level, positions, minimum squad size, and even by who works well together.
Training, matches, tournaments and meet-ups in one calendar. Every member RSVPs with a single click, organisers see the running count, and can RSVP on behalf of members without an account.
From a broken training goal to a website relaunch: the ticket system brings order to club work – with a Kanban board that feels like a professional project tool.
No more spreadsheets: every income and expense lands in the cash book with category, person and receipt. The report gives you the balance at the push of a button.
Four games run right in your browser, and five more for PC report their results straight to your community – and with Mischkalon and Mischkablaster, two games from Clanwirtschaft.de are on Steam.
A €5 million starting budget, transfer market, stadium building, youth academy, sponsors, leagues, cups and national teams. The twist: your real matches count.

Because running a club shouldn't mean stitching together ten different tools.
One login, one permission system, one member list – instead of a chat group, a spreadsheet, a tournament tool and a forum all side by side.
Over 20 modules, each one optional. The table tennis club doesn't see any games, the gaming clan doesn't see a cash book – unless they want to.
Your own domain, logo, colours, legal pages and email templates. Your members see your club – not us.
Just one technically necessary session cookie – no analytics or marketing cookies. Home towns only appear with consent, and newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time.
German, English, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch and Danish – including the help wiki. Ideal for international communities.
Results only count once both sides confirm them. ELO history, match reports and change logs make every rating transparent.

Clanwirtschaft is a community platform for clans, clubs and teams. Every community gets its own space with individually toggleable modules – from calendar, team management and tournaments to forum, cash book and tickets, plus ten games.
Registration and membership in communities are free. There's an optional Premium membership that lets you support the project; individual add-on modules may carry a fee for communities. You can see current prices after logging in, under “Become Premium”.
For gaming clans and esports teams, just as much as for sports clubs, casual groups, retro gaming leagues and associations. It grew out of an active online league – which is why tournaments, leagues and ELO rankings are especially polished.
In nine languages: German, English, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch and Danish. You can change the language at any time via the flag menu in the top right.
Register and get in touch with the operator: founding a community is a separate right that gets enabled for your account. After that, you set the name, logo and banner, choose your modules, and invite members via a link.
Yes. Every community can set up its own domain, logo, favicon, background image, colours, page titles, imprint, privacy policy and email templates. Visiting via your domain takes everyone straight into your community.
The platform uses only one technically necessary session cookie – no analytics and no marketing cookies. Home towns only appear on the member map with explicit consent, and every community can set up its own legal pages.
In your browser: Football Manager, the civilisation game TeraLoMania, the real-time conquest game MischkaLoMania and the styling game Mischka Models. For PC: Mischkablaster, Mischka Cars, Mischka Golf and the strategy game Mischka North and South with an automatic ELO ranking, plus the base-building and defence game ZombieJ with its own leaderboard. On Steam: the city-building god game Mischkalon, with Mischkablaster following there in Q4 2026. Every game has its own page on this website with the full rulebook.
Not for the platform or the four browser games – an up-to-date browser is enough, even on your phone. Mischkablaster, Mischka Cars and ZombieJ are standalone games for Windows PCs.
